  • 160 grams whole oats
  • 115 grams raw almonds
  • 45 grams desiccated coconut
  • 150 grams dried apricots
  • 50 grams soft brown sugar
  • 60 grams maple syrup
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 35 grams νερό
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 50 grams sunflower seeds
  • 50 grams pumpkin seeds
  • 30 grams chia seeds
  • 70 grams dried cranberries or raisins

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 175° C fan. In a shallow pan, spread the oats, almonds and coconut. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Lower the temperature to 160° C fan.
  • Put apricots, brown sugar, maple syrup, olive oil, water and salt in a blender. Grind well until the ingredients look like thick jam. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl.
  • Add the toasted oats, almonds and coconut to the bowl. Then add the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and chia seeds. Mix well. Add the cranberries and mix.

  • With a sharp knife, cut rectangular or square bars.
  • Store the bars in the fridge, in a covered container.
