Servings 30 balls

Ingredients

  • 100 grams dates, measured with the pit
  • 50 grams oat flakes
  • 120 grams mixed nuts, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews…
  • 30 grams cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 50 grams raw tahini
  • 50 grams honey
  • 55 grams smooth peanut butter

Instructions

  • Place the dates in a bowl and add hot water to cover them. Leave them to soak for 30 minutes.
  • Place the dates in a food processor with a metal blade along with all the other ingredients. Blend on high speed until you have a paste. If there are small pieces of nuts left, that’s fine. Press the mixture with two fingers and if it sticks together, then stop. If it doesn’t, add 1-2 teaspoons of almond milk or water.
  • Form small balls with the mixture, about the size of a walnut. Store in the refrigerator in a container with a lid. They will keep for 15 days.
