They are so crunchy you would never guess they were oven-baked. And, they are so juicy you would never think, these crazy delicious bites, are made from lean turkey breast, brought to you by the Foodsaver stores.
Forget panko breadcrumbs, because brioche burger buns make the crunchiest and tastiest coating. You can make these in 15 minutes tops and bake them whenever your heart desires. 15 minutes more in the oven and there you have it. Healthy nuggets kids! Continue reading
My new weekly staple. This loaf is so easy to make and so moist you wouldn’t believe it’s skinless, boneless chicken mince. The secret ingredient? Coarsely grated halloumi and strained Greek yogurt in the mix. Plus, you bake it in a greaseproof paper parcel. Continue reading
I know I’ve been absent a lot from the blog lately but I am working very hard on my next cookbook. So this recipe came up as I was looking for something quick to feed my family and myself on a very busy August day. It’s so great I had to share it! I used whatever I had in my pantry, and it came out so tasty, I even posted an instagram video on how to make it. Continue reading
I’ve been experimenting with different ways to stuff a chicken loaf and finally, this is IT! It’s easy and foolproof. No kitchen twine, no stuffing spilling out, just a great looking and tasting chicken loaf. The presentation is gorgeous and the the crust adds that little extra twist you need, to make this dish fit for a formal celebration or a week night dinner. The sauce is so delicious, you will be reaching out for a spoon. Continue reading
This is the best dish I cooked all week. Not only because it’s really tasty, aromatic and delicious but also because of it’s simplicity to prepare. It’s one of those one-pot dishes that take 20 minutes to prep and then the oven does the work. But when you present it at the table everyone thinks you were really sweating it in the kitchen. And it’s healthy. You don’t have to pre-fry the chicken before roasting. As I said the oven does the work. What more can you wish for. Continue reading
