Parmesan Crisps

Ingredients
  

  • 9 Tbsp parmesan grated not too finely
  • a pinch of black pepper (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200° C, fan. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Mount tablespoons of the parmesan cheese on the paper, nine in total, spacing them about 3 cm apart. Spread slightly with a spoon. Sprinkle lightly with black pepper (optional).
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until cheese has melted and is golden in colour. Remove crisps with a silicon spatula. Cool on a wire rack. They will crisp as they cool.
