- 200 grams minced beef*
- 800 grams minced chicken
- 150 grams sweet potato grated
- 200 grams green zucchini grated
- 40 grams parsley finely chopped
- 250 grams onion grated
- 35 grams 1 Tbsp tomato paste
- 40 g oats
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
*you can substitute with minced chicken
If desired, add diced potatoes (about 2 cm) around the burgers to cook them together. The potatoes may need a little more time in the oven to get them to brown. So, in this case, take the burgers out of the oven and keep them warm. Put the potatoes back in the oven, increasing the temperature to 220°C, for 10-15 minutes until they are golden brown.
