I could eat this whole loaf over a cup of tea. I’m a chocoholic of course (there should be rehab centres for people like me). This cake is moist, gooey, chocolatey, in short, divine!. When I take it out of the oven, while its still piping hot and still in the pan, I prick it with a skewer and drizzle all over with 1/3 of the ganache. Continue reading →
