They are so crunchy you would never guess they were oven-baked. And, they are so juicy you would never think, these crazy delicious bites, are made from lean turkey breast, brought to you by the Foodsaver stores.
Forget panko breadcrumbs, because brioche burger buns make the crunchiest and tastiest coating. You can make these in 15 minutes tops and bake them whenever your heart desires. 15 minutes more in the oven and there you have it. Healthy nuggets kids!Continue reading →
This Japanese style BBQ chicken, is perfect for kids and adults alike. Boneless, skinless thighs from Foodsaver Stores are perfect for the sticky, sweet and a little bit spicy marinade. Served with edamame fried rice is my ideal meal. I love edamame. My kids love it too. Instead of eating them plain, try adding them to fried rice for that extra bite.
My new weekly staple. This loaf is so easy to make and so moist you wouldn’t believe it’s skinless, boneless chicken mince. The secret ingredient? Coarsely grated halloumi and strained Greek yogurt in the mix. Plus, you bake it in a greaseproof paper parcel. Continue reading →
Just the word “tahini” is enough to make me want to eat this now. These boneless, skinless chicken thighs from Foodsaver Stores are a staple in my freezer. Marinated in tahini, lemon juice and garlic, they become the perfect, healthy meal. The chicken soaks up all the flavours from the marinade and becomes really flavourful, soft and moist. The saffron adds depth, amazing aroma and a gorgeous golden colour. Continue reading →

My inspiration comes from observing my friend and phenomenal cook Chryso Lefou, who once stuffed masterfully a meatloaf and wrapped it like candy. Continue reading →
Can never say no to these. In fact, I wouldn’t mind having this dish on repeat. They are finger licking good! And it’s because of this delicious home made BBQ sauce. I never use store bought BBQ sauce, as it may have a lot more sugar than the one you will cook at home. You do need the sugar for these wings to caramelize but not too much of it. As they roast, they will darken and become sticky and delicious and highly addictive. Continue reading →
This is the best dish I cooked all week. Not only because it’s really tasty, aromatic and delicious but also because of it’s simplicity to prepare. It’s one of those one-pot dishes that take 20 minutes to prep and then the oven does the work. But when you present it at the table everyone thinks you were really sweating it in the kitchen. And it’s healthy. You don’t have to pre-fry the chicken before roasting. As I said the oven does the work. What more can you wish for. Continue reading →
