The crust is entirely done in the bowl of your food processor. Then instead of rolling, you will transfer the dough crumbs in a tart pan and press down with your hands to create the base and sides. So simple.
The first time I baked this cake, I thought I messed up and under-baked it. It was so moist, it almost looked like a chocolate souffle.
