When I first posted this recipe on Instagram, I was hopelessly trying to find an emoji that best matched the delicious taste of this iced dessert. When I made this for the TV show Chryses Syntages, our show producer couldn’t stop until he ate half of this loaf. Easy, No-bake Strawberry Cheesecake

IMG_0056It’s one of those easy desserts, the perfect ending to a summer dinner on the veranda. I never had “a thing” for cheesecakes but this one tastes more like a light and luscious strawberry mousse. The crust is chocolatey and in perfect harmony with the tanginess of the cheese and the berries. I used white chocolate for sweetness which is heavenly. This is so easy and delicious. Easy and Divine Chocolate Tart

No rolling, no blind baking, no fuss. This easy chocolate tart is your perfect dessert and chocolate fix. Deeply chocolatey, slightly boozy and so so easy! The crust is  entirely done in the bowl of your food processor. Then instead of rolling, you will transfer the dough crumbs in a tart pan and press down with your hands to create the base and sides. So simple.
